Daily we would talk about the excitement of the IPKKND Reunion with friends and we were counting down the days. Three years of faith and patience was finally bearing fruit. Barun and Sanaya would be returning as Arnav and Khushi Singh Raizada, no longer a dream but a reality. Although we knew it was happening, it still felt surreal. Slowly but surely, the days were getting closer and the excitement levels were increasing. October 2015, we started to get small glimpses of the Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon Reunion news. Sanaya had also said the date had been postponed and a week later Barun had told us the date and said ‘yeah come’ when we expressed our desire to come to the shoot. Saij had briefly spoken to Sarun regarding the shoot. Initially the date of the shoot had been postponed but later we came to know of the new dates. It was such an overwhelming feeling to know that our favourite jodi and show would be returning. We did not expect a beautiful surprise to come our way but it was during this time that we were told that a one-off IPKKND segment would be shot for Hotstar. September 2015, was our first trip to India this year to meet the cast of IPPKND. In fact,during the last three years even a small glimpse of Sarun would leave a smile on our faces for days on end. They included Sarun in their daily prayers and didn’t lose hope. TeamSarun was formed to keep IPKKND alive and to keep fans connected to Barun, Sanaya and the cast of the show.

However, deep down we always had full faith that Barun and Sanaya would one day come back to our TV screens. We dearly missed Arshi, Sarun and everything related to IPKKND. November 2012, the show came to an end we were all deeply saddened with the loss. Barun and Sanaya had gained further recognition, becoming household names throughout the world with an immense fan following.
Arnav and Khushi had become part of the family. The show became an integral part of our lives.
